For the past 18 years, Dr. Hall has exceptionally served NYC Public and Charter schools in the capacities of Teacher, AIS Provider, Literacy Coach, Data Specialist, Assistant Principal, Director of School Renewal, and most recently Principal of the Walter Francis White School in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn.  Dr. Hall’s core belief is that all children deserve a high-quality education guided by skillful trusted adults who believe in their capacity to learn.  As a believer in shared commitment and lifelong learning, in 2019, Dr. Hall studied and authored a publication titled, "Collaborative Leadership Practices Employed by Principals in Elementary and Middle Schools".   

In her role as Deputy Superintendent of District 28, Dr. Hall will “strive for the inestimable contributions to the lives of our scholars” by engaging all stakeholders regularly, performing strategic data analysis and providing seamless support to the district's plan for growth and achievement.  Dr. Hall will partner with families, school/district leaders, local community-based organizations, and elected officials to ensure our district's goals are realized.
