Leah Sadykov
School Improvement Coach
Leah Sadykov began her educational career as a NYCDOE Teaching Fellows. She has eleven years teaching experience in English Language Arts, ranging from Media Literacy and Journalism to AP English.
She served as an instructional coach for the past eight years on the central and district level. Sadykov is trained and certified in Data Wise and holds degrees in Media Studies (BA), English Literature (MA), English Education (MA), and Educational Leadership (MS). Sadykov is particularly passionate about the science of improvement and bringing its tenets to instruction, instructional leadership, and educational systems and structures.
