Dr. Christina Griffith
District Achievement Instructional Specialist
Dr. Christina Griffith began her educational career at the remarkable age of 16, driven by an unwavering passion for teaching and learning. Upon high school graduation, Griffith served as an elementary school teacher in Guyana. Since then, Griffith has worked in many educational capacities, serving elementary to high school, across multiple continents. Within the NYC Public Schools, Dr. Griffith held various roles, including Math Leader, Grade Leader, Data Specialist, Testing Coordinator, and Teacher Continuous Improvement Leader. Currently, she serves as a District Achievement Instructional Specialist with a specialization in Mathematics.
Dr. Griffith holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration, a Master's degree in Math Education, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northcentral University. She is an advocate for high-quality and equitable education for all students and continually strives to provide such opportunities through her diverse roles.
